Members of the Clovis West Invisible Children club and other students interested in crisis in Uganda met at third and fourth period and at lunch in the lecture hall February 17 to learn how they can get more involved in spreading awareness about Invisible Children.

Since 1985, Ruth Anderson has been an important asset at Clovis West, teaching psychology, advanced placement (AP) psychology and AVID. “It’s been a journey, but it’s been a lot of fun,” Anderson said of her tenure here on campus.
Anderson started at C-dub after graduating with a degree in History at California State University of Fresno. She was a cheerleader at Sanger High.

Imagine a miracle pill that could erase acne, lower cholesterol, alleviate stress, and prevent heart disease and cancer. A trip to a local drug store will quickly reveal that no such pill exists. However, a walk over to the isle where tea is sold and there a miracle potion comes to existence in a box labeled green tea.
