Over the past two decades, extreme sports have risen from the underground to mainstream activities. With more emphasis on danger they attract adrenaline junkie athletes and many others willing to risk limbs for the sake of thrills. Have spectators asked too much of the athletes or is this the natural progression of sports as a whole, and is there a place for them in the Olympics?
