It does not take a mind-reader to know exactly what you’re visualizing. However, a mind-reader just might be needed to figure out why Clovis Unified’s District higher-ups have taken such an adamant stand against the “I heart Boobies” bracelets circulating around their campuses. Having decided that the bracelets violate the dress code barring “sexually explicit clothing” and are thus distractions from learning, CUSD first ruled that the bracelets could not be worn to school.
